I didn't realise it was possible to lactate without popping out a sprog first. I want to go and check if that's true but I'm slightly scared of googling it.

She had actually lost a baby right before. She had only been 7 months pregnant, though, and this baby came 3 weeks after. I don't know if it had been possible for her to lactate...
