Imagine what she could accomplish if she had put that much energy into writing and legitimately promoting her books. I'll never understand why people take "shortcuts" like this.

This, this is what I don't understand. All that effort to make herself into a sleazy BBA when she could've done other legitimate promotional things.

She essentially ruined her chances of ever being trad published. I doubt any publisher will touch her work now.

Only if she used her real name. If she used a pseudonym she could pull her book, alter it and reappear under a new name and start over.

Oh crud, I did't even think of that. Damn. It's just too easy to get with this type of thing. I hope Penguin is able to locate her because she really needs to face some consequences.
