I love the purple, elegant and beautiful too! You might want to make your background fixed (although I like the darker stuff at the bottom best). If you decide you want to, you just go to http://booklikes.com/template/customize and put the following in the CSS box at the very bottom of the left column

And I would definitely change the pink background of your menu.
I don't know anything about code so I struggle with any of that.... I tried to change the color of my comment text earlier took six hours trying to figure it out and still couldn't get it to work lol

I'm excited too. I'm glad I'm not the only one that knows what its like. Yes its finally fixed. Need to work on some of the color matching with the menus but since my ribbons are purple I kinda went with it because after dealing with the main codes and text I wasn't ready to do that too lol I liked the purple but I think I'll move that later in the year seemed less spring- like, thanks for the site info I'll def check it out.
