I also felt the same way about the huge cast of players between the families of the Equals and then the rebells in (was it?) Millmoor? (The slave town.)
Definitely could use an index or appendix or an entire pre set to get it all mapped out and it would be interesting to get a map lol There's a lot of world, a lot of characters and a lot of info to take in.
