I had the same problem too. I ended up deleting my reading challenge out of frustration, so I may not be the person to give a solution to the problem.

Hahah yeah i am thinking to delete my challenge as well.. :-/

Are you putting a start and finish date on your book in your 'shelf advanced' ?

Hi there, to make the books count to your reading challenge please fill up the Finished reading date, then the Reading Challenge will be updated and will present books you've read in a given year.

You can fill up the dates in your Shelf Table View or in the book window (press the book cover, Read status, +Shelf advanced, enter dates, Save).
