Have you seen the "Seven Dials" adaptation starring Cheryl Campbell as Bundle and John Gielgud as her father?

No - is it any good?
Pure comfort watching -- very much in the spirit of the book. Jimmy Thesiger is played by James Warwick, btw (Tommy Beresford from the Tommy & Tuppence adaptations starring Francesca Annis as Tuppence). It's great, goofy fun.
Btw, re: your next Christie: Cat Among the Pigeons?

Good guess - but no. A bit earlier than Cat Among the Pigeons (you do have the right decade). I might have to revisit Miss Bulstrode, soon, though. The one I've picked involves a particularly brutal murder for a Christie mystery.

Ahem. Sorry for budding in, but I would like to register my interest in a Bulstrode Buddy Read.. Just throwing this out there.

Another good guess - you picked up on the "brutal murder" & the 1950's clue but didn't catch the Poirot clue. This is basically my version of a Christie mystery, lol.

Also, YES to the Bulstrode buddy read! Let's do it!
Re: Cat / Pigeons buddy read -- I'm in (just in case anybody had been doubting that).

Re: Your next comfort read (and without double checking the decade): "After the Funeral" or "Mrs. McGinty's Dead"?

Ooops. Clearly, I need another coffee. LoL.

YES!! Re Miss Bulstrode!

Themis got it - After the Funeral!
Murder method aside, that's a favorite of mine, too (if for no other reason than that it was my very first Christie).

I've only read it once, so I'm excited to revisit.
Have fun!
