I agree. Ediiting errors in nonfiction are inexcusable. Misspelled names make it difficult to check fact and ensure authenticity. This may just be a me thing. I tend to want to point out errors in things that people state are fact. It's kind of a battle of the wits between me and the book. If I read nonfiction it has to be correct. The reason I read it is to gain knowledge.
