Ok, updated! I'm referring to Jeff, it just didn't fit in with Luke's character for me. To me Luke was always the white knight type of guy (still is, but it just didn't fit for me that he'd do that to Jeff regardless). I have no problem with that in stories, but didn't feel true to Luke's character here.

Yes, it felt a bit off. Perhaps if it had been made obvious Luke and Jeff weren't serious, that might be acceptable. Otherwise... shame on you Luke!
