That's sorta the feeling I get from Martinez--I loved the first book I read by him, but everything after that felt the same...never anything new. Fun, but nothing I can get my teeth into. Nice review!
Yes, exactly! This is the only Martinez book I've read to date, but I definitely got that sense.
