All your complaints re: the dress, etc. were mine as well. And I ended up loving the book, lol!

Really? I sort of liked the dress. But, for me, it seems that every YA book that's not really good has a pretty dress on the cover.

Exactly. It's a knee-jerk reaction now. OMG THE COVER IS SO PRETTY.

I know, right? Look at The Selection! The pose is really awkward, but the dress is just sooo pretty, So, of course it was horrible.
