I am amazed how quicker you read them, with kids and work too! Did you sleep??
Not much. ;) Plus, I had Friday and today off, and I skimmed big sections of Dragonfly in Amber, which didn't hold my interest as well (and which was so damn sad!).
Ah, well..at least you had fun while it lasted! ;D
I want to recommend another author, Sara Donati. Her Wilderness series is very good and she names Gabaldon as an inspiration. I like her even more. A nice mix of adventure and romance. Into the Wilderness is her first book. No time travel! Takes place mostly in upstate new york around 1800. Let me know what you think!
