It is beyond painful to read Spence's tired and inaccurate arguments, but even more so to read the posts of normally intelligent people trying to engage with her. Can't be done. To me, it seems like a simple matter. Either he made death threats against you, or he didn't. Either you wrote the truth, or you didn't. This whole discussion could be solved in mere minutes.
If Nick has a problem with it, where is he? Which of these sock puppet accounts is really Nick? Oh, that's right, none of them are. If Nick wants evidence from me, he needs to ask for it in person, and then I will tell him the same thing I've been telling you: I sent him the evidence, he researched it, and he acted on it. He alone is responsible. Whether I "lied" or not is immaterial; he did what he did and you need to take it up with him.
