Sounds like a good book despite a few minor problems :) Great review!

I love the knitting group, and I love the way Penny Reid writes female friendships in general. I've got this on my TBR, and I think I'd be okay with a hero I don't like so much, since usually I don't like Penny Reid's heroines. (Well, Janie in Neanderthal Seeks Human was okay, but Elizabeth in Friends Without Benefits drove me nuts!)

A friend of mine read the book too. She did not like Sandra, and thought Alex was a hunk and wanted a piece of him :) It left me wondering if we had read the same book lol

I know what you mean about Elizabeth - "There were times when I wanted to tell her to sit down, sit still and focus, and... just... listen, not to what was going on in her own head, but to listen to what Nico was actually trying to say to her." (from my review) lol.
