We saw Zoltar in Chinatown and I had “a moment.” I ran across the street as I had to see him. I haven’t read that book yet so I’ll have to look it up but Zoltar reminded me of the movie Big and watching with my kids.
I totally agree with you there was plenty to do. I guess you would get used to the traffic and the expensive way of life. I liked the diversity ever where you looked.
Funny thing, my husband is the one who wanted to go the forest. When he told me about it, I told him I didn't want to spend all day there, "let's just spend an hour" but once we got there and went inside it, I didn't want to leave :) So, I understand how you feel.
That Zoltar machine makes me think of Stephen King's The Dead Zone.
