Well, ladies, maybe it gets better after 19%?
;-)
No, no it doesn't. It's /so bad/. So, so bad. I'm sitting here, giggling at how horrid the writing itself is. I second KR's ugh.

That's such a bummer. I hope you ladies were able to borrow this instead of paying for it.
I got it free when I bought another book...

This could be a problem with a M/F author "trying" to write M/M, well, I guess.. I think it became somewhat "trendy" to through in the mix a gay couple in those kind of series were each novel has a new couple.

I should say I haven't read anything by this author and don't have anything by her planned.

It's funny how ever since we talked about the fact that if a book is annoying or boring or something like that it WON'T change, not THAT much that it would be worth finishing it. Just dropped a 110 pages novella at the middle. I COULD have read the rest 50 or so pages but couldn't be bothered to and actually felt pretty good about putting it aside. I guess I've become more comfortable with the idea that I don't HAVE TO finish a book.

I really liked that such a main stream m/f author would try it- but it really felt off. Totally off.
Putting me off her writing forever off.
