Seriously!? 'She breathes in. He breathes out.' Ugh! Sounds a bit too cutesy by half to me. Did you ever find out what happened to make them stop speaking to each other? Never mind. I'm sure with all the breathing stuff going on, it didn't really matter anyway. Thanks for the warning. I've had this book recommended to me but I'll pass.
