That's the general site TOS. The one on http://curiosityquills.com/blogger-reviewer-mailing-list/ (near the captcha) doesn't tell you about their review program or the mailing list signup -- it goes straight to google's TOS.

Can you use BookLikes or GoodReads as your blog link? I have no other review spaces.
