Hurricane Arthur (a minimal one), is off our coast now, but headed towards Hatteras in N.C., and then out to sea again. The S.C. coast is liable to get some rain and high surf, and we here nothing; it's going the wrong way.

He lives as far inland as we do, but he has property in the affected area; luckily they think it will come in at low tide.

Because of Arthur, Boston is celebrating tonight, July 3, before the storm gets here. July 4 is going to be a washout, rain all day.
