I'm very excited about The Climb, too! I mean, it is THE book, isn't it(?), to clear up some of the "facts" claimed by "he who shall not be named".

Lol, I guess "he who shall not be named" will eventually make an appearance in this book. Even from "you know who"´s account I got the impression that Boukreev was the most level headed climber on that mountain that day. And he got ultimately bashed for this, which I always found unfair. So it´s really exciting to get his perspective, that´s for sure.

According to my kindle edition, there are 286 mentions of "you know who". XD

Hahaha, it was bound to happen ;D. The sheer amount is shocking, though ;)

Too many good choices, however, I had to go with Longbourne. Jo Baker is great. I haven't read that particular one, though.

Thanks for your vote, Hol :D. I have never read anything by Jo Baker, but your praise makes me even more excited to read this book.

I read The Body Lies by her. It was a literary mystery...if it even makes sense to call a book that! The Guardian called it that. It was really good.

I will definitely keep that one on the back of my mind. Thanks for the recommendation :)

There appears to be a tie?

Yes, between three books. I will reblog my post a little bit later in the way and try to lure in some more votes ;)
