Okay, I won't tell you it's bad...I don't want it to be bad either. But this is quickly becoming less about the story and more about making sure there is a Twilight-ish romantic relationship for every character. Seriously, it's barf. Plus, while the series started at a gentle PG and progressed to a solid PG-13, we are very close to crossing into R territory. Some people might enjoy the changes...I do not. At all. The series needed to end as a trilogy. Dragging it into 6 books has not done it any favors.

So, it's bad for me. Might not be bad for you.

Manon is still cool though, so at least there's that. I might keep on going just to see what happens with her.
