Hey! Nice to meet you. :) I'm a fan of Japanese literature too. What's your favourite authors? I plan to read horror stories, but haven't start it yet. Any recommendations?
Hi! I'm very sorry for the late reply.
My favourite authors of Japanese literature are Osamu Dazai, Koji Suzuki and Haruki Murakami. Hmmm..well for horror stories I would definitely suggest the classics such as Dracula, Frankenstein, The Omen and The Excorsist. Those are really amazing. HP Lovecraft has great horror stories as well. I would also suggest Ring, Spiral and Loop by Koji suzuki, as well as the Vampire Chronicles by Anne Rice.
No, not a problem.
Nice ones, except Koji Suzuki, whom I don't know (his books ;)). Dracula was bad, I struggled to read it. I was too tired from being always on suspension of disbelief. I've read Vampire Chronicles, long ago. I might try Koji Suzuki. As for others, is there any point of reading them after watching films?

I hope that helped out! :)
