Looks like a fun read. I checked out his Facebook site, I think it's all over the place. Some interesting and nice pics and a variety ofintriguing articles.
He's definitely NOT for everybody - his sense of humor is the kind to either make you laugh hysterical or rage with indignation. It's why I recommend checking his posts out on FB first; it's sort of a sneak peak at the narrative voice. :)
I have stopped going to facebook unless I'm being held at gunpoint, but I share your fantasy, so I think I shall add this to the other million books on my TBR shelf. Hey - yesterday I finished one of the first books I actually noted as TBR, so I could conceivably read this soon. Also, I adore books about books and bibliophilia. Have two new ones staring at me right now.
I'm not a fan of facebook either, although I usually drag myself over there 2-3 times a week to keep up with overseas friends. And Bloom County comic strips. :D
What are the two new ones staring at you right now? Titles please??
1) Dear Fahrenheit 451: Love and Heartbreak in the Stacks: A Librarian's Love Letters and Breakup Notes to the Books in Her Life by Annie Spence
2) My Life with Bob: Flawed Heroine Keeps Book of Books, Plot Ensues by Pamela Paul
Both came out in 2017, but I can't tell you more than I was unable to resist them, especially the first, dunno why.

Hope you enjoy this one as much as I did. :)

I have the second one on my TBR too - seems we're both magnets for books about books. :)
