Thanks Mike - I'm optimistic. The school year ends here in just another week, which means I'm off work for 6 weeks. That should bring a lot of relief.

It might be (passing soon). I gathered a few of my TBR Christmas mysteries last night and started one - a reliable favourite series - and was able to read almost half of it. Definite improvement, though not a cure, because I don't have any of the old desire to go home and pick it back up - too many other things crowding in at the moment that need to be knocked back. But at least when I do sit back down, it'll be to a book I'm enjoying (for the most part).

Once work ends for the year, I feel like I'll be able to get caught up with EVERYTHING and then kick the slump to the curb.
