What natural remedy was recommended for arthritis? Something with ant-inflammatory properties?

It's a plant that goes by lots of different names; here it's called "arthritis herb", naturally enough, but the latin name for it is Centella asiatica. It's also called Pennywort, but I think a lot of different species are commonly called Pennywort, and Centella asiatica is the only one known to offer pain and inflammation relief if eaten regularly (I've tried it - it's nice tasting; not awesome, but nice enough to put in a salad or nibble on by itself).

I'll check my reference books and the Internet for it. Thanks. :)
