If it makes you feel better I have some real winners in store for me this week, as well. I'm going to attempt to read Frozen which I'm honestly sort of scared about.

That doesn't sound fun! I'm determinedly avoiding your review of the surreal Odyssey-like half-assed sci-fi wanna be book since I have already requested & received the audiobook from Brilliance audio. I've already been eyeing it distrustfully after reading your updates and am dragging my feet about starting it. I hope your week improves once you get these reviews out of the way.

From what I saw it seemed like you were reading a lot of SPAs ... I honestly didn't dig too much though, I just looked at the covers, and from what I saw they LOOKED like self-published books ... maybe try something that had an editor and beta readers and all that jazz?

These streaks are AWFUL! I always end up back at known favorites when this starts happening - not really good for the reviewing that needs to be done, but good for me. ;)
