Hah! Looks neat and sounds like a good idea having easy to follow photos of ideas -- but, I couldn't even chop/dice up what's pictured on the front cover in 10 minutes. And if "10 minutes" refers to only packing time after all is prepared -- well, what lunch box couldn't be packed in 10 after everything ready, wrapped/containered, ready to place in box?

Ha -- yes, thank you! I'm glad I'm not the only one who finds the "10 minutes" claim to be unreasonable. It takes me that long just to prepare the same old oatmeal every morning!
