Maybe with the too large image you can flatten layers?
It's flattened and exported.

I don't know what software you have, but Microsoft has a MS Picture Manager that can reduce the size (in MB) of you images. I'm sure other software has the same function. Or right click on your image and send as email. The default email programme should ask you if you want to reduce the size? Then select how small. Either send the email to yourself or just save the reduced graphic and delete the blank email.
Are you saving your bingo card as a PNG? As a JPEG it's bound to be smaller (as in: less MB) even with markers for the squares you've finished ... (that's what I'm doing -- I edit the card as a PNG first so as to be able to use markers with a transparent background, then save it again as a JPEG to upload onto BL).
it's a jpg, i edit in GIMP then overwrite the original file.
