I have forgotten so much about these books but Sprig Muslin sounds a lot like The Talisman Ring.

The comparison is interesting. I've had some G Heyer books on my kindle app forever and keep meaning to get around to reading them.

Many of her books are have similar plot points, but I love her nonetheless. Her writing provides the greatest escape value.
