LOL Tannat, I definitely have that problem with my cat. He likes to sleep in my favorite reading spot, whether I’m there or not. If he’s there, and I want to read with him in my lap, I’ll pick him up and put him in the neighboring seat. When I sit down in “his” spot, he’ll usually crawl over into my lap and go back to sleep. If I put him directly in my lap, odds are he’ll jump down. He sits in my lap quite often as long as he thinks it was *his* idea. :)
