Have you read Agatha Christie's Adventure of the Christmas Pudding? I'm going to read Murder of a Stacked Librarian, which is set during Christmas, in December.

It's one of the stories in the Black Lizard compilation - I will likely reread it this year!

I may also try In the Bleak Midwinter by Julia Spencer-Fleming.

I´m planning on rereading Georgette Heyers "A Christmas party". And I will be on the look out for some Christmas mysteries during my vacation. I think I will be spending some money on those, should I happen to stumble upon them :)

Have you read Hercule Poirot's Christmas?
Lillelara 3 weeks ago
No, I haven´t. It´s a short story, isn´t it? I don´t think I have that story in one of my books. I´m not sure, though.

Not a short story, and I think you will like it. It has a fabulous Christmas feel to it and one of the meanest characters in the history of Agatha Christie stories. ;D

Oh my, it is one of her normal lenght books, isn´t it? Then it has to be on my shelf, because I own all the Christies. *Sigh* I don´t know what that says about my book buying habits. I don´t even remeber that I own it.

I´m totally going to read it this year, though :D

I'll be returning to my list from last year and more of the stories from the Penzler compendium. :D

Is that the same compendium as my Big Book, or a different one? I know he has a few.
BrokenTune 3 weeks ago
Nope, I have the same book that you have. Hardback. Sitting on my shelf biting its time until December. :D

We'll have to have a little mini-read-along. We can pick some stories.

Sounds lovely. :D
