It makes the point that it's a creepy book. Otherwise the title could apply to many story ideas, including Romance.

It just visually does not appeal to me. It's too red, and I don't like the actual style of the font. I find it quite glaring. :-

And I'd be interested in that Paranormal Romance as well, lol.

It makes it look like a teen book. Like, maybe there's a teenage babysitter who cuts through the cemetery on her way home and somehow gets trapped in an underground labyrinth of catacombs...? Or maybe there are vampires. Definitely a ghost or two who wants revenge.
