Julia Quinn's more recent books have been mostly miss for me, but when she is at the top of her game, there is no one who does better dialogue, in my opinion.
So agree, I gave the previous book in this series one star and generally didn't like the rest. I have saved so many quotes from the Bridgerton series though because I adored the dialogue.
