DNF and move on with your life.

Yeah, it's sucking out what's left of my soul.

I'd also write a snarky review, then lulz at the fangirls if they blast my review because I don't give a shit, I hated it, but you may not have those feels.

I don't know if I want to deal with that crap anymore. I need to stop all review requests. This always happens and then I just don't want to read period. I am the creator of my own hell ;)
THIS is why I stopped requesting at Netgalley, etc. I'd rather pay for books, or buy them even if they're free, and choose what to read whenever the hell I want. Then I feel no guilt about DNFing a book like this!

Yeah, I think I have reached that point. I must learn to resist temptation and remember this moment.
Join me! It's fun having full control over what you read and when your read it!

DNF. Life and reading hours are too short to waste on unenjoyed reads while the TBR and pool of available books just keeps growing ...

You don't owe the author or other commercial interests anything beyond respecting copyrights.

I will never learn! No more review requests for me. I find it difficult to stop a review book even when I should :(

DNF. If it doesn't work for you, then it doesn't work. Next!

You are so right.

Deceptie storyline doesn't sound so good.

A huge portion is about cheating and it makes me feel unclean. I've read books with cheaters, Amy Lane comes to mind, and I never felt like this. This guy is just incredibly selfish.

DNF and let it go. Find your happy and read what you want. You tried with this one but it is making you miserable.

Yeah, it is. I've picked one depressing book "The Heroine Diaries" and this cheating book and now I don't want to read at all :(

I've spent so many hours of my life on this already so I will most likely write a review. I just can't figure out how to get the words out. The narrator was really good, so there's that.

Oh, no! :( I hate when that happens. I had to let go of an audiobook too. It was taking me forever to get through. But now, I don't miss it and it's a relief. Good luck! :)
