LOL! I read this book as a teenager and just LOVED it! I re-read it last year or the year before and I was all "What was I thinking?". It took my original 5 star as a teenager down to a 3 star now.
I might've loved it as a teen too but now I'm too crabby and have no patience for insufferable men ;)
The end was beautifully descriptive and haunting. I wish the rest of it hadn't been so stuffed with dialogue that drove me crazy.
