Patricia Routledge. Oh my. She is such a hoot! I know her as Hyacinth Bucket (but you pronounce it "Bouquet", don't you know) from PBS Keeping Up Appearances. She was awfully awfully proud of her white slimline telephone with automatic redial and always answered it "The Bouquet residence, the lady of the house speaking."

I loved Keeping Up Appearances - especially her sister's neighbour's dog who always drove her into the hedge/fence or off the path anyway.

Btw, her narration as the part of Vera is quite close to Hyacinth - but without the airs and graces.
