Avoiding the Superbowl pre-game show by watching Star Trek and then Law & Order marathons.
Will avoid the Superbowl itself by eating sauerbraten and a Black Forest cake - friends are coming over for dinner.

Sounds like a great plan! Sauerbraten and Black Forest gateau sounds like a winning combination. What are you having with your Sauerbraten? Dumplings?
