Have you looked up Herzog on the www, yet? ;)

Ah, I just did and he doesn´t tell the truth in his book. Surpise, surprise ;D.

While looking, I just stumbled upon this book:

This might be a book for your list.

I've read a lot about this book, there are quite few articles summarising Roberts' points. I'm not sure I'd be interested to read where Herzog got it wrong after already reading how he made everyone sign confidentiality agreements, distorted the contributions that each of the other members made to the expedition, and changed his story about why Lachenal's decided to go with him at the end, even if this meant he would almost certainly lose his feet to the frostbite that was already setting in.

I'll happily add it to the list, but it's probably not one I want to read. In a way, I'd hate to spend more time on Herzog than I need to. I hope this makes sense.

I don´t anything about this book, but if it isn´t supposed to be a good one, it doesn´t have to be added to the list. And Herzog really sounds like an unpleasant person you really don´t need to read about.
