Why do you love the Everyman's Library editions? I think I have 3 of them and they don't strike me as any different from the Penguin or Oxford classics other than size and all the extra material that differs between editions?

I just do. I like the paper quality, binding, weight, simplicity of design, font size, type,...just about everything about them.

My first copy of To the Lighthouse was a new but pulpy Penguin edition (not one of the black cover classics ones) and it was not conducive to reading enjoyment at all.
