The crane DEFINITELY looks like a crane. An elegant one, too. And I love that you're combining it with the peanut butter KitKats (as we've established, a joint favorite).

And I love your Aberdeen University / May Festival posts!

Thanks. This was a fun list of tasks. I'm glad I got the KitKats AFTER making the "crane". I'm not sure they would have survived the various folding and unfolding attempts at figuring out which crane bit goes where.
Having peanut butter KitKat bars sitting on my living room table (and next to them, so far only an aborted half-folded bit that is neither a square paper nor will it ever be a crane), I can attest to the indeed extremely high probability of this statement.

Whoever put the crane challenge in the same post as the KitKat task is a fiend! ;D
Wasn't me ... :)
Flagon asks, roar! Can you make me a Dragon one? I'll give you a cuddle in return!

Thanks. I'm not sure how exactly it ended up with 4 feet AND 2 wings....

If you tug gently on the tail of your crane, the wings should move.

FYI: I was poking on the net for a dragon origami critter and came across these

Your crane looks awesome; I had NO IDEA there was such a thing as KitKat bites - how have these not made it here yet???

And thank you for the gyoza inspiration - our market has some fantastic locally made ones that are going on the shopping list.
