I liked this quite a bit when I listened to it last year -- it's quite possible I'll be revisiting it this time around.

Btw, Audible also has, as a separate recording, the longest entry (and centerpiece) of the British Library Crime Classics collection before this one ("Crimson Snow"), Victor Gunn's "Death in December", which I liked quite a bit, too. That's another recording I just might revisit this year.

I have Crimson Snow, but didn't get around to it last winter. I hope to remedy this this winter.
I think of the three Christmas collections, by and large that one was my favorite -- though "The Christmas Card Crime" is very good, too.

I keep looking for a 2019 collection, but apparently there isn't one ...

There is always the bumper Penzler collection. :) I know it's not a BLCC one, but it is pretty cool.
