The most fabulous Hardy re-write ever! I'd like Angel Clare to die, but in jail for a crime he didn't commit works, too!
Well I was kind of assuming he'd hang, but incarcerated forever is good. The first time I read The Eyre Affair, I started to imagine which of the classics I'd like to change, and Tess was top of the list.
