I enjoyed this quite a bit myself! I believe there's a sequel coming out, or it may already be out, I'm not sure.
Yep, the sequel is out; "Kill the Angel" and I picked it up from the library this morning so that I can dive straight into it once I've finished this one. I've not read the blurb or anything about it, just in case it inadvertently gives away anything about the ending of Kill the Father.
