The Murray River fireworks look awesome (even if it's just a reasonable facsimile thereof). One of these days I'm going to figure out a way to see the NYE fireworks without dealing with all the people. I will! I will!

It IS a picture of a NYE fireworks display on the Murray, just not the one I was at, but close enough! :D That's the only year we've gone, and we were lucky that it was a small party, but still too many people expecting me to socialize. Blerg.

But... fireworks. I miss fireworks. Obviously not enough to fight the crowds, but I do miss them.

That's the last time I saw them up close-ish, so I know what you mean. :(

Ooh, I like your choices for the moonlighters. Excellent description of Bilbo Baggins, and also, now I have this need to read Bunnicula.

And I also love your description of a rainy day book--aside from the green tea part, that could be something I see myself doing on a rainy day.

I love green tea enough for the both of us, so you don't need to bother with it if you don't like it. ;)

You may have all the green tea! I will stick with black Jasmine tea. =) Though I may run off with your ginger cookies.

Oooh, I wonder how well black jasmine tea and ginger cookies would go together. I might have to put that on my shopping list. :)
