I haven't been reading a whole lot of YA the past couple years--they just don't appeal to me much anymore. But there are few YA authors I will always check out and Stiefvater is one of them. I just LOVE her writing style. This book sounds like it might make a great candidate for either supernatural or magical realism.

After the squee-fest I gave for 'The Raven Cycle' series, I'm hoping her next project is just as squee-worthy.

I'm now regretting that I didn't include magical realism on my card. And I've already filled the supernatural square. I'll see how it goes, but I may stretch Terrifying Women and count it there.
