How is it doing the cat-cow quickly? I usually do these rather controlled and can't imagine doing them so fast.
I didn't like it and have gone back to doing it slowly with long, slow breaths. Doing it quickly didn't allow me to really do good stretches and bends with my spine and I think that's really important.
