Liking in support -- this sounds horrible. Frankly, you deserve a medal for coping. Hope it'll get better *somehow* some day ... soon enough before they've broken you!
With that kind of commitment to customer service, it's a wonder they have any business at all. I feel for you. My mom was the manager of a customer service department for a photo developing company, back when you had to send your camera film out to be developed and printed, and the stories she would tell were pretty hair-raising. All the ladies who worked for her smoked like fiends.
