That cover wrote a check that that crappy-ass story couldn't cash, sighs.
Didn't even come close. That story turned it's pockets out to show them entirely empty in fact. THE COVER WASN'T EVEN ACCURATE. Ugh, I relived it writing this review! LOL!
Oh, bless your heart, you read it, too. I'd read some really enjoyable ones, so color me surprised at just how bad they could get.
I really don't blame you. I'm not even sure how this story got the green light. I'm sure at the drawing board, it sounded edgy and interesting, but wow what terrible execution.
