Totally. That is walking is for. And then you go back to the plumbing. And the light bulb so you can read withou destorying your eyesight.

Also when you consider how many TV joggers with their ears plugged into an ipod get themselves kidnapped and murdered. Makes you wonder why anyone would deliberately make themselves deaf to potential threats when they go jogging.
