Oh, so this is good? I've been wondering about it.
I've been wondering as well. Thanks for the review.
I really liked it, other than the rather slow start as I mentioned. The handwritten notes from Bram Stoker in the Author's Notes section were VERY COOL to see. Also, those notes included things we all think of in regards to Dracula, (such as not coming out in daylight), but that's NOT something that came from Stoker himself. (I won't ruin any of the other notes listed, in case you read it for yourself.) I'd love to hear the thoughts of either of you, if you do read this one!

Dacre Stoker has been visiting these parts quite often to promote the book and participate in other events relating to Bram Stoker, as part of Dracula was written in a pub just north of here. I think they unveiled a plaque a couple of weeks ago. I was hesitant about the book because of the..., not hype exactly, but the potential of this just being something of a cash-grab, if you know what I mean.

I'm delighted to hear that you thought it was good. That's really reassuring, and now I really want to read it. :)
It's pretty cool that part of Dracula was written in a pub near to you. If you ever go there, I'd love to see a picture of the plaque.

LoL. The pub is on the way to the puffins! I'll pass by again soon. :)

Great review!
Thank you, my friend! It was partly your review that made me buy this book, so thanks for that too. :)

You're welcome! And I agree, the addition of Stoker's notes were very cool.
