That was the most exciting game I've ever watched, where my own team wasn't competing. I was cheering for the Indians (love Napoli and Kipnis) but congratulations Cubs on a hard-fought, well-earned World Series championship!
What a game! This Red Sox fan was rooting for them all the way. I was even wearing my Cubs hat (picked on a visit to Wrigley Field a few years ago).

I wish I could have watched it. I had to follow the scores on MLB.com since we don't have tv or cable, and when they hit extra innings I about died.

The losing streak is over!
I can go back to rooting for the White Sox.

Oh that's hard. They weren't even broadcasting on local sports radio?

I was reading about the controversy over the White Sox new stadium sponsorship and logo. What do you think of it? I know I still call the Rangers stadium by it's old, nonsponsored name, "The Ballpark in Arlington" instead of the new sponsored name.

I don't listen to the radio much, so it never even occurred to me to check.

Guaranteed Rate Field? Ugh.
They really need a professional marketer to fix the sign.
